📋 Description

  • Serve as the primary technical expert during the sales cycle with Sales to design integrations
  • Lead discovery on client integration preferences (pixels, server postbacks, reporting)
  • Recommend measurement and attribution solutions for each client’s goals
  • Troubleshoot data flow, event firing, attribution, and reporting issues
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly explanations
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to relay needs

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a technical, client-facing role (Sales Eng, Pre-Sales, TAM)
  • Strong understanding of digital media and advertising, incl. CTV
  • Hands-on tracking tech: pixels, SDKs, server-postbacks, APIs, tag management
  • Strong debugging skills with logs, network requests, data validation tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive mindset to work cross-functionally and independently
