π― Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent; relevant experience considered.
- Technical Certificate (Preferred).
- Japanese (professional) and English (intermediate) proficiency.
- 4-7 years of technical sales, support, or services experience.
- Security architecture, endpoint security, identity management, and networking expertise (VPN, ZTNA, SD-WAN).
- MacOS/iOS proficiency and Mobile Device Management (MDM) in Apple environments.
