🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent; relevant experience considered.
  • Technical Certificate (Preferred).
  • Japanese (professional) and English (intermediate) proficiency.
  • 4-7 years of technical sales, support, or services experience.
  • Security architecture, endpoint security, identity management, and networking expertise (VPN, ZTNA, SD-WAN).
  • MacOS/iOS proficiency and Mobile Device Management (MDM) in Apple environments.
