  • Technical evangelism and enablement for GSI partners; deliver deep-dive trainings and certifications.
  • Co-innovate with GSI Centers of Excellence to create reference architectures and service offerings.
  • Lead technical validation phases and PoVs to demonstrate ROI for end customers.
  • Build deep technical relationships with Practice Leads and Solution Architects across regions and service lines.
  • Create partner assets such as Terraform scripts, API documentation, and deployment templates.
  • Provide product feedback to improve multi-tenancy, scalability, and ease of integration.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture, with at least 2 years in GSI or partner ecosystems.
  • Deep technical understanding of IT operations and security data; logs, metrics, traces; SIEM/SOAR, Threat Hunting, or OTEL expertise desirable.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to command the room for senior partner stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs/SDKs, and modern DevOps tooling.
  • Startup mindset; ability to build processes from scratch and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
