Sales Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the full technical sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Design architectures matching a customer's stack and goals.
• Build demos showing potential outcomes with AI assistance.
• Automate pre-sales work with AI-assisted prep workflows.
• Explain Sendbird's security and compliance posture clearly.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to feed insights into the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Sales Engineering at a developer-focused SaaS/CPaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree (CS, EE) or equivalent.
• Fluency with RESTful APIs, mobile SDKs, and integration workflows.
• Experience with at least one dev env: JS/React, iOS/Swift, Android.
• Practical experience with generative AI concepts (LLMs, AI agents).
• Familiarity with Claude or ChatGPT and automation tools (Make, n8n).
