  • Knowledge of health plan ops: claims, eligibility, data warehouses.
  • Proven success in complex B2B sales with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communicator; translate complex concepts for executives.
  • Hands-on with data/tools: Excel, SQL basics, BI tools.
  • Experience partnering with Product and Engineering in high-growth firms.
