- Knowledge of health plan ops: claims, eligibility, data warehouses.
- Proven success in complex B2B sales with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communicator; translate complex concepts for executives.
- Hands-on with data/tools: Excel, SQL basics, BI tools.
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering in high-growth firms.
