  • Experience in an enterprise sales environment (required).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycle and customer success motions.
  • Proven ability to write high-quality documentation and training content.
  • Technical aptitude with SaaS tools; familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, or similar.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented; able to manage multiple workstreams.
