  • Own end-to-end SKO logistics: venue, speakers, registration, visas, on-site
  • Track SKO budget; manage vendor contracts; coordinate approvals.
  • Plan and execute quarterly Sales & Marketing enablement events.
  • Coordinate cross-functional partnerships: Sales, RevOps, Marketing.
  • Administer LMS: user accounts, enrollments, certification tracking.
  • Maintain Confluence content; update landing pages; brand guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in project management, operational enablement, event coordination, or similar
  • Hands-on experience coordinating internal or external events; 100+ participants
  • Strong PM and execution skills; manage multiple workstreams, deadlines
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills; timelines, priorities, resources
  • Strong communication; adapt style with senior stakeholders and vendors
  • High attention to detail; manage dependencies and risks
  • Experience with LMS or KM tools (Confluence, Notion, Sana)
  • Data literacy and reporting; engagement metrics; budget tracking
