  • Own end-to-end SKO logistics: venue, contracts, speakers, registrations, on-site.
  • Track SKO budget, vendor contracts, and approvals with Finance.
  • Plan and execute quarterly Sales & Marketing enablement events.
  • Serve as operational liaison to Sales, RevOps, Marketing, People Ops, and Finance.
  • Administer the LMS: accounts, enrollments, cert tracking, reporting.
  • Maintain Confluence knowledge pages, archives, and brand guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in project management or operational enablement.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating internal/external events (100+ participants).
  • Strong PM/execution skills; multi-workstream leadership.
  • Excellent planning and organization; timelines and priorities.
  • Strong communication with senior stakeholders and vendors.
  • High attention to detail; ownership; blockers; deadline resilience.
