  • Own AE onboarding: content creation, facilitation, scheduling, and program mgmt
  • Meet regularly with new hires to ensure progress and knowledge
  • Provide office hours to reinforce learning and validate understanding

  • Build training modules, talk tracks, certifications, and learning paths
  • Deliver live training on product knowledge, messaging, and GTM

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in a high-growth SaaS environment supporting sales
  • Familiar with Docker or tech ecosystem; SaaS sales experience a plus
  • Experience as a sales enablement facilitator with live training
  • Hands-on with Account Executives; AE/Solutions Eng experience preferred
  • Strong SaaS sales cycle knowledge and content design skills
