  • Own monthly GTM new hire onboarding logistics and coordination.
  • Manage the GTM Enablement Calendar and sessions.
  • Systems and tools administration: aliases, groups, and LMS paths.

  • Develop and maintain SDR playbooks and onboarding materials.
  • Facilitate new hire trainings and ramp.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years in front-line sales development and quota attainment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Deep familiarity with SDR tech stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach/Nooks, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Nav).
  • Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving.
