  • Able to conduct needs analysis and translate requirements into learning.
  • Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory.
  • Experience supporting revenue teams and aligning enablement to goals.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, AI tools, Google Workspace, Slack, and learning tools.
