📋 Description

  • Execute and optimize sales enablement campaigns in CRM/MA platforms.
  • Partner with Sales to translate positioning into assets.
  • Keep enablement and proposal materials current and on-strategy.
  • Support priority opportunities with tailored proposals.
  • Lead end-to-end RFP/RFI process and tooling.
  • Maintain and improve the RFP/proposal content library.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5-8+ years in sales enablement or proposal management for large B2B.
  • Experience in regulated/services or healthcare-adjacent environments preferred.
  • Direct experience owning RFP workflows and proposal tooling.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot or similar MA/CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional written communication and project management.
