📋 Description

  • Collaborate with Commercial Heads to enable new product adoption by regional consultants.
  • Own onboarding learning pathways for Payment Consultants.
  • Ensure timely delivery, quality, and impact metrics for new offerings.
  • Improve training effectiveness and align with the 70/20/10 learning culture.
  • Validate HQ-to-field sales communications.
  • Facilitate day-to-day activities of the field sales team.
  • Manage the local instance of our community platform.
  • Develop sales metrics and KPIs.
