π― Requirements
- Active NMLS license with eligibility and willingness to be licensed in all Figure operating states
- 3+ years in mortgage lending or HELOC sales; Non QM or DSCR experience preferred
- Deep proficiency in Salesforce and loan origination systems; CSP experience preferred
- Ability to translate underwriting concepts into clear training scripts
- Strong data analysis to interpret funnel and metrics
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekend spikes
