  • APJ Ops contact to global GTM Enablement; plan and launch programs in APJ.
  • Partner with sellers and leaders to drive cross-team alignment.
  • Manage Enablement infra: wiki, Google Drive, LMS, repositories; keep content current.
  • Track participation and outcomes with dashboards and surveys; report to leadership.
  • Design scalable, repeatable processes to support growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–2 years in Revenue Enablement, L&D, PM, or Biz Ops.
  • PM experience delivering programs on tight timelines with clear ownership.
  • Strong operational discipline; organized, detail-oriented; multi-workstream capable.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communicator; can simplify complex ideas.
  • Prioritize and pivot quickly; juggle requests with urgency.
  • Team-oriented and empathetic; collaborate with sales, marketing, and ops.
