  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, onboarding, or similar
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt
  • Proven ability to build scalable enablement programs for multiple roles and geographies
  • Experience in curriculum design for enablement programs
  • Practical experience with Figma products
