- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, onboarding, or similar
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt
- Proven ability to build scalable enablement programs for multiple roles and geographies
- Experience in curriculum design for enablement programs
- Practical experience with Figma products
