📋 Description

  • Stand up and scale the EMEA and APAC GTM teams to accelerate ramp
  • Drive consistent sales execution across regions and markets
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product Marketing to localize enablement
  • Deliver field-driven enablement across the sales cycle to improve performance
  • Collaborate to localize programs reflecting regional needs
  • Measure success via ramp times, deal execution, and regional revenue growth

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in Sales, Enablement, or Sales Management in fast-paced B2B SaaS
  • Experience supporting global sales teams (EMEA and/or APAC preferred)
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions
  • Proven ability to build and adapt enablement programs in scaling environments
  • Demonstrated success in sales coaching and performance improvement
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills in cross-cultural teams
