📋 Description

  • Provide training support for Sales, Customer Success, Channel, Alliances, and Sales Development teams
  • Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training sessions
  • Create and maintain onboarding, product releases, and enablement schedules
  • Design blended learning programs (ILT, VILT, eLearning)
  • Develop training materials, job aids, exercises, and assessments
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content and personalize learning

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Corporate Training, or Instructional Design
  • Proven experience facilitating live training for sales or customer-facing teams
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
