- 4+ years in sales enablement, sales, or related roles.
- Experience supporting SaaS teams in product-driven environments.
- Strong ability to communicate, facilitate, and influence across all levels.
- Builder mindset to create scalable programs, content, and systems.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, FORCE Management, Challenger, or Sandler.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, Glean, Guru, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
