  • Build onboarding programs for new sales hires to reduce ramp time.
  • Design enablement for discovery, qualification, value selling, demos, and pipeline.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and RevOps to strengthen process and coaching.
  • Create playbooks, talk tracks, certifications, call guidance, and collateral.
  • Enable field on product launches and packaging with Product & Marketing.
  • Use AI tools to scale training and improve content access.
  • Define success metrics and continuously improve enablement programs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in sales enablement, sales, or related roles.
  • Experience supporting SaaS teams in product-driven environments.
  • Strong ability to communicate, facilitate, and influence across all levels.
  • Builder mindset to create scalable programs, content, and systems.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, FORCE Management, Challenger, or Sandler.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, Glean, Guru, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
