- Execute the enablement strategy for the global Business Development organization
- Own role-specific onboarding programs, including curriculum development, facilitation, and continuous improvement
- Build and deliver training focused on cold calling, objection handling, account research, qualification, value positioning, and meeting conversion
- Partner with Business Development leaders to identify performance gaps and develop targeted enablement programs
- Leverage Attention to identify coaching opportunities, reinforce best practices, and improve behavior adoption
- Create and maintain learning paths, playbooks, certifications, and enablement content within Highspot and other enablement systems
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of combined experience in Sales Enablement and quota-carrying sales roles, including direct experience supporting high-performing BDR, SDR, or outbound prospecting organizations
- Experience building onboarding and ongoing development programs for prospecting teams
- Experience facilitating virtual and live training sessions for sales teams
- Experience with sales enablement and productivity technologies (e.g., Highspot, Attention)
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
