🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Enablement, RevOps, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset for trends from data and qualitative feedback.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, RevOps, or Product Marketing teams.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication translating complex insights into practical recommendations.
  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, or similar.
