  • Build and own the APJ Sales Enablement plan for DeepL, aligning with the team.
  • Interlock with regional stakeholders as Enablement partner in the region.
  • Create or partner with internal SMEs to drive region-specific enablement programs.
  • Support APJ leaders and frontline managers to align with DeepL's sales process.
  • Create local sales activations, including plays and prospecting blitzes.
  • Deliver hybrid onboarding experiences with the core Enablement team.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5-7 years as Enablement Manager/Senior Manager with Sales teams; SDR/Presales/CS bonus.
  • Strong partner to senior regional leaders with influence and impact.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies; ability to teach/adopt them.
  • Sales coaching experience; Front Line Sales Managers a bonus.
  • Design/implement enablement programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with LMS platforms HighSpot/Sana and Salesforce/Salesloft.
