  • Design, build, and deliver enablement programs across the full sales cycle.
  • Create and maintain high-quality sales content (pitch decks, battlecards, guides).
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Solutions Eng, and Sales.
  • Own rollout of Astronomer's sales methodology: Command of the Message and MEDDPICC.
  • Build and manage an organized content library for timely assets.
  • Measure effectiveness of enablement programs and iterate with data.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales enablement or revenue enablement at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable writing plays and presenting to AEs.
  • Hands-on experience with Command of the Message and MEDDPICC frameworks.
  • Technical fluency to understand data infrastructure concepts and translate into sales narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build trust across Sales, Marketing, and Product.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines.
