🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent facilitation and communication; capable of leading sessions for ICs and leaders.
  • Strong project mgmt; prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, execute autonomously.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset to refine programs and drive results.
