🎯 Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years in Training, Sales Enablement, or L&D.
  • Preferred: 2+ years in Sales.
  • Proven experience owning and evolving enablement programs.
  • Strong adult learning theory and instructional design.
  • Hands-on eLearning content creation using AI capabilities.
