📋 Description

• Design, build, and execute scalable enablement programs for sales.
• Translate enablement strategy into engaging learning experiences.
• Lead instructional design and end-to-end program delivery.
• Collaborate across teams and leverage AI to scale learning.
• Own and manage the Docebo LMS, content governance, and reporting.
• Develop onboarding, certifications, and product training.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in Training, Sales Enablement, or L&D.
• Preferred: 2+ years in Sales.
• Proven experience owning and evolving enablement programs.
• Strong adult learning theory and instructional design.
• Hands-on eLearning content creation using AI capabilities.
