🎯 Requirements
- Solid experience in sales enablement or related role.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, sales automation, LMS, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong project management and initiative leadership.
- Financial services/retirement planning experience a plus.
