📋 Description

  • Own sales training and onboarding across Betterment’s Sales org.
  • Develop tools and training to help sellers present products and grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement Associate to ensure tool adoption.
  • Manage Sales Training Calendar and core training series.
  • Iterate onboarding with Sales leaders for quick ramp.
  • Measure training impact and use feedback to improve programs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Solid experience in sales enablement or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, sales automation, LMS, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong project management and initiative leadership.
  • Financial services/retirement planning experience a plus.
