  • Maintain end-to-end bid processes: strategy, shaping, proposals, and orals.
  • Collaborate across Capco domains to shape propositions and enable sales.
  • Lead development of propositions and sales collateral (playbooks, stories).
  • Support enablement tools and training, including GenAI prompts and Agents.
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Legal and other teams to improve pursuit outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in bid strategy/management in consulting or financial services.
  • Engage senior leaders to translate solutions into compelling visuals for stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and client buying cycles.
  • Client-facing or delivery experience; translate challenges into solutions while assessing risk.
  • Strategic thinker who translates goals into enablement programs.
  • GenAI tools or GPT knowledge in consulting; development of Agents.
