📋 Description

  • Manage end-to-end bid processes: strategy, solution shaping, and proposals.
  • Collaborate across Capco domains to shape go-to-market propositions and sales delivery.
  • Lead development of propositions and sales collateral, including playbooks and stories.
  • Support development of enablement tools and training, including GenAI prompts and Agents.
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Legal and other teams to align the sales process.

  • Strong understanding of the sales process and client buying cycles.
  • Client-facing or delivery experience; empathise, ask questions, shape solutions.
  • Strategic thinker who translates goals into actionable enablement.
  • Exceptional communicator; able to influence senior stakeholders.
