  • Identify needs and opportunities in sales enablement programs
  • Co-design sales process with Revenue leader; train revenue team
  • Collaborate with experts and coaches to master Pigment sales methodology and soft skills
  • Coordinate product training with product management and product marketing
  • Maintain high-quality internal sales content; create documentation to support processes and tools
  • Orchestrate internal communications to sales to ensure readiness

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales, Enablement or Operations
  • 5+ years in Program Management, Consulting, Human Capital or related sales role
  • Experience in creating high-quality content and managing training
  • Experience in the technology / SaaS industry
  • Knowledge of B2B software sales methodologies
  • Experience with sales tools (CRM, automation) – Salesforce, SalesNav, Outreach, Gong, HubSpot a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • You speak English fluently
