  • Own enablement roadmap aligned to pipeline, win rate, and ramp time goals.
  • Establish onboarding, ongoing training, deal clinics, and competitive reviews.
  • Define success metrics for enablement and report to Sales/Marketing leadership.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and build learning programs.
  • Build centralized sales content library with decks, guides, ROI tools, and battlecards.
  • Own the CMS, governance, tagging, analytics, and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8 years in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or field-facing B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record building or scaling a sales enablement function.
  • Strong content creation: battlecards, pitch decks, discovery guides.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
  • Comfort with sales content platforms (Highspot, Seismic, Guru).
  • Data-driven mindset; track results and iterate.
