  • Own enablement programs, content, and processes

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8 years in Sales Enablement or related B2B SaaS role
  • Experience building or scaling a sales enablement function
  • Strong content creation: battlecards, pitch decks, discovery guides
  • Experience with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message
  • Comfortable with sales content platforms (Highspot, Seismic, Guru)
  • Experience in $50M–$200M ARR B2B SaaS with SMB and enterprise
