📋 Description

• Plan, build, and maintain scalable sales enablement content beyond onboarding.
• Curate knowledge resources with SMEs across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
• Operationalize everboarding; coordinate timelines, deliverables, and comms.
• Organize and update internal learning assets; ensure easy findability.
• Manage internal communications like newsletters and training calendars.
• Collect feedback and track program impact using adoption data.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Sales Enablement, Knowledge Management, or L&D.
• 3+ years supporting sales teams.
• Willing to travel ~10% to support global teams.
• Familiar with Docebo, Articulate, Highspot, and Notion.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories for training.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
