  • Own end-to-end enablement lifecycle from asset audits to framework design
  • Design repeatable sales frameworks to drive deal qualification and pipeline
  • Coach reps on live deals and enablement during day-to-day work
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop platform messaging
  • Implement structured methodologies like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, SPIN, and Command of the Message
  • Build onboarding and ongoing training programs

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in Sales Enablement or related GTM role
  • Experience implementing SPIN, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Command of the Message
  • Proficient with Salesforce, HubSpot, Confluence, Salesloft, and LMS
  • Experience with partner and reseller channels
  • Finance or capital markets concepts preferred
  • Strong ability to drive adoption and behavior change
