  • Create and adapt EMEA sales enablement content (playbooks, battlecards, messaging).
  • Build onboarding and ongoing training for EMEA reps; ensure fast ramp.
  • Translate global messaging for EMEA; push back for regional needs.
  • Work with EMEA sales and SDR leaders to turn signals into content.
  • Collaborate with Global Content & Learning to stay aligned locally.
  • Identify gaps and proactively build resources to close them.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–4 years in sales enablement or content in an EMEA-focused role.
  • Proven ability to create high-quality enablement content independently.
  • Strong understanding of EMEA enterprise sales dynamics.
  • Comfortable remote work as the sole enablement person in a region.
  • Strong internal collaborator; flex global messaging for the region.
  • Excellent English; additional European language is a plus.
  • High ownership and judgment to own your domain as a P3 IC.
