🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales Enablement or GTM Enablement
  • Training/degree in learning & development or related field
  • Strong passion for learning, coaching, and motivating others
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and prioritization under pressure
  • Clear communicator, fluent in English, with experience providing feedback to teams and stakeholders
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to solve problems independently
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, able to build trust and motivate others
