🎯 Requirements

  • Proven track record delivering programs that improve sales performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead learning initiatives end-to-end, managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience designing and facilitating new hire and ongoing training for expansion/retention teams.
  • Strong analytics, communication, and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Solid foundation in instructional design and adult learning theory.
