- Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystems and supply/demand dynamics.
- Experience enabling sales via training, playbooks, or deal support.
- Comfortable operating cross-functionally without direct authority.
- Highly organized, process-oriented; turn ambiguity into structure.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
