  • Design and deliver sales training for new and existing reps (Startups focus)
  • Create and maintain enablement content: playbooks, battle cards, and competitive plays
  • Develop and track metrics to measure enablement effectiveness
  • Partner with PMM, Marketing, and Product to align priorities and messaging
  • Support onboarding programs for startups new hires
  • Conduct field reviews and provide targeted coaching to reps and teams
  • Contribute to broader GTM enablement initiatives beyond Startups as needed

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related field
  • Experience developing and delivering sales training programs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, LMS, and other enablement tools
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Collaborative problem-solver with a daily commitment to excellence
  • You default to designing the best buying experience for prospects
