- 7โ12+ years in sales enablement or GTM roles
- Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS with modern sales motions
- Track record of improving win rates, deal quality, or productivity
- Experience building enablement as a system, not just trainings
- Comfort owning tooling, processes, and operating cadences
- Experience working with Product Marketing, RevOps, and Sales Leadership
