- Support onboarding and ongoing education programs across Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales.
- Build structured learning paths and certification programs for product knowledge.
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, including Chicago onboarding.
- Maintain enablement content: playbooks, talk tracks, guides, and resources.
- Partner with Sales Managers to reinforce behaviors via coaching and education.
- Support product launches, GTM initiatives, and MEDDPICC adoption.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years in sales enablement or training, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS
- Previous experience in sales or technical sales strongly preferred
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies; bonus to enable them
- Proven ability to support onboarding and ongoing learning programs
- Experience supporting Sales Manager enablement and adjacent teams (Pre-Sales, Customer Success)
