📋 Description

  • Support onboarding and ongoing education programs across Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales.
  • Build structured learning paths and certification programs for product knowledge.
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, including Chicago onboarding.
  • Maintain enablement content: playbooks, talk tracks, guides, and resources.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to reinforce behaviors via coaching and education.
  • Support product launches, GTM initiatives, and MEDDPICC adoption.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6+ years in sales enablement or training, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS
  • Previous experience in sales or technical sales strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies; bonus to enable them
  • Proven ability to support onboarding and ongoing learning programs
  • Experience supporting Sales Manager enablement and adjacent teams (Pre-Sales, Customer Success)
