📋 Description

  • Lead design and delivery of enterprise sales enablement programs aligned to GTM goals.
  • End-to-end curriculum design for onboarding, messaging, and skills.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product Marketing to align enablement.
  • Coach and mentor peers; serve as an enablement expert.
  • Define success metrics; use data and feedback to improve programs.
  • Champion new tools and methodologies; scale and adapt.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in technical sales, solution engineering, or enablement in enterprise B2B or SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of technical sales motions and solution engineers in complex cycles.
  • Familiarity with Esri or similar enterprise software.
  • Experience designing/delivering technical enablement programs and tools.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and project management; travel up to 25%.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business admin, GIS, or related field; US work authorization.
