Sales Enablement Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Design and deliver sales enablement courses using ADDIE.
• Create learning journeys aligned to goals, motions, and product strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Ops to close skill gaps.
• Integrate generative AI to accelerate content and scale learning.
• Create and optimize Seismic enablement content and assets.
• Ensure enablement content supports multiple formats (live, virtual, self-paced).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales enablement, instructional design, or LXD in B2B/SaaS.
• Strong hands-on experience with Seismic platform.
• Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning.
• Proven ability to create rich media and multimedia learning content.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
