Migrate enablement content from Highspot to Seismic: uploads, QA, cleanup.
Build and maintain Seismic content structures: libraries, folders, SmartPages, metadata.
Apply metadata, taxonomy, and governance to improve searchability.
Partner cross-functionally with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and lifecycle maintenance.
Run content governance: review cycles, deprecation, permissions, ownership tracking.
Support Highspot admin during transition: tagging, updates, uploads.

🎯 Requirements

Hands-on experience with Seismic (preferred) or Highspot.
Content taxonomy and structure.
Metadata and tagging strategies.
Content governance models.
Experience with content audits and migration projects.
Experience with Sales Enablement platforms (Seismic, Highspot, Showpad, etc.)
