  • Create enablement content across formats: videos, decks, playbooks, assets
  • Edit training and product videos for onboarding and launches
  • Translate product messaging into clear, seller-ready content
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing to gather requirements
  • Maintain and update assets to reflect product updates and GTM priorities
  • Ensure materials are visually engaging, brand-aligned, and seller-ready
  • Organize and manage content within Highspot, with discoverability/version control
  • Gather feedback from sellers and managers to improve content
  • Track content performance by monitoring adoption and engagement metrics

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or GTM roles
  • Proven experience scripting, producing, and editing video content (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia)
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling with strong attention to detail
  • Creative mindset with strong visual communication and design eye
  • Experience creating sales-facing content such as decks, playbooks, product guides, or training materials
  • Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Collaborative, proactive, cross-functional with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field
