📋 Description

  • Develop and implement pipeline strategies aligned with NiCE Cognigy goals.
  • Build, lead and manage the sales team across South & Eastern Europe.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–7 years in sales leadership, SaaS in South & Eastern Europe.
  • Proven track record building pipelines and hitting revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of Conversational AI and customer services.
  • Exceptional leadership to grow a high‑performing sales team.
  • Strong analytical/forecasting skills and sales metrics experience.
  • Proficient in two regional languages plus English; C‑suite ready.
