  • 5+ years leading a team of 5+ quota-carrying Strategic Account Executives
  • Proven ability to recruit, retain, inspire, and develop top talent
  • Lead SaaS customer lifecycle: prospecting, acquisition, retention, growth
  • Develop vertical go-to-market strategies and sales playbooks (retail/consumer)
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, CS, Legal, and Ops
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and in-person presentation skills; strong negotiation
