  • Develop and execute BD and sales strategies for assigned territories.

  • BSEE or MSEE preferred; strong technical background in semiconductor or silicon IP.
  • 10+ years in sales/BD/customer management in semiconductor.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing key accounts.
  • Experience with interface subsystems, memory IP, or security IP solutions.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; CRM familiarity.
  • Existing network in semiconductor/OEM; able to work across global time zones.
