  • Own Rokuโ€™s ad sales brand for Independent Agency and Client Direct.
  • Directly manage sales managers and individual contributors; set goals.
  • Develop go-to-market plans for agencies, brands and programmatic buyers.
  • Expand executive relationships with independent agencies, marketers and media execs.
  • Forecast, track performance, and optimize pipeline and margins.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Measurement, and Engineering on roadmap feedback.

  • 10+ years ad sales leadership in CTV or programmatic.
  • Experience with Connected TV and programmatic selling.
  • Knowledge of agencies' branding, mid funnel, and performance buying.
  • Understanding media marketplace, including CTV, programmatic, DSPs, and measurement.
  • Credibility with senior agency and brand decision-makers.
  • Track record of structuring complex deals from ideation to execution.
