📋 Description

• Lead regional execution across the state and set goals for MDMs.
• Hire, coach, and develop field teams; build dealer partnerships.
• Develop market strategy and expansion across metro and rural areas.
• Drive dealer growth; sign new dealerships and grow contract volume.
• Align with underwriting, credit, inside sales, and marketing.
• Use data-driven tools to track KPIs and improve performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Automotive Lending, F&I, or dealer sales (multi-market preferred)
• Proven success leading field sales teams
• Strong dealer network and territory growth track record
• Highly strategic; can execute in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven decision making
• Hands-on leader; coach in the field
• Travel up to 70–80% within the state
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
