- Track record closing and coaching large, complex deals
- Understand enterprise sales cycles: procurement, legal, RFPs
- Build pipeline generation and improve funnel conversion
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product/Marketing/CS/Ops
- Strong forecasting, reporting, and performance management
- Clear communicator with leadership presence
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or AI platforms a plus
- Hybrid role; preference for Chicago, SF, or NYC
